Quotation and Pricing
- Website price, quotation ও offer product specification, size, material, finishing, quantity এবং delivery requirement-এর উপর নির্ভর করতে পারে।
- Final price, applicable delivery charge এবং payment requirement order confirm করার আগে জানানো হবে।
- অনিচ্ছাকৃত pricing/technical error হলে production শুরুর আগে customer-কে জানিয়ে সংশোধিত price বা cancellation-এর option দেওয়া হবে।
Design Approval
Customized printing-এর ক্ষেত্রে spelling, phone number, name, size, colour, layout ও অন্যান্য content customer-কে approval-এর আগে ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করতে হবে। Customer-approved design-এ থাকা ভুলের জন্য reprint charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। আমাদের production/printing error হলে উপযুক্ত correction বা reprint দেওয়া হবে।
Customer Files and Copyright
Customer নিশ্চিত করছেন যে upload বা পাঠানো photo, logo, artwork, text ও design ব্যবহারের প্রয়োজনীয় অধিকার/অনুমতি তাঁর আছে। বেআইনি, আপত্তিকর বা অন্যের intellectual property লঙ্ঘনকারী কাজ গ্রহণ না করার অধিকার Maa Savita Press সংরক্ষণ করে।
Payment
Order অনুযায়ী advance বা full payment প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। Payment verification এবং প্রয়োজনীয় design approval পাওয়ার পরে production শুরু হবে। Payment receipt বা transaction reference সংরক্ষণ করুন।
Production, Delivery and Pickup
Production time একটি estimate; product type, quantity, design approval, material availability ও workload অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। West Bengal delivery এবং সকাল ১০টা–সন্ধ্যা ৬টা shop pickup পাওয়া যায়। বিস্তারিত Shipping & Pickup Policy-তে দেওয়া আছে।
Cancellation, Return and Refund
Customized product-এর production শুরু হওয়ার আগে cancellation request বিবেচনা করা হবে। Design approval বা production শুরু হওয়ার পরে ব্যবহৃত material/design/production cost কেটে refund প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে অথবা cancellation সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে। Wrong, damaged, defective বা আমাদের printing error-এর ক্ষেত্রে customer-এর আইনগত অধিকার অক্ষুণ্ণ থাকবে। বিস্তারিত Refund and Returns Policy-তে দেখুন।
Colour and Product Variation
Screen display, printing process, material batch ও lighting-এর কারণে final colour বা product appearance-এ সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে। যেখানে exact colour গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, order করার আগে sample/proof সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করুন।
Limitation
Courier, weather, transport disruption, power/technical failure বা আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের ঘটনায় delay হতে পারে। কোনো fixed event date থাকলে order-এর সময় লিখিতভাবে জানান। এই শর্ত কোনো প্রযোজ্য consumer right সীমিত করে না।
